Our rights We reserve the right to: · Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website and · Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
Out of Stock In the most unlikely event that we are temporary out of stock on receiving your order we will email you within 24 hours informing you so, and give you the option to cancel your order and to be fully refunded. (Please note: All customers to leave their contact details on checkout in order for us to contact them.) Method of Payment
We accept all major credit or debit card payments via PayPal. (After paying for a product you will receive our confirmation order e-mail, to the e-mail address you have provided us on your order, this is to indicate you that we have received your order).
When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.
CommunicationWe communicate with you either via emails or by post and all the information provided are confidential. In the event of any query and any change made in regards to your order please email us with all the relevant details and we will response your email and request as soon as possible.
Freight DamageAll our parcels are sent via insured and track-able services, yet we reserve our rights to exclude and limit our liabilities for any goods that is damaged during transit. As a result of that the damaged product is non-refundable under the clause unless it can be proven that the good is damaged due to our negligence.
DeliveryPlease note: For customers of the United Kingdom, shipping details will be provided in every each product, if free UK Mainland shipping is offered, it will only be for UK Mainland only and excludes the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight & Scottish Highlands, and also excludes EU countries. For EU countries and non UK mainland a charge will apply as shown below: • United Kingdom Mainland (next day delivery) ----------------------- Free We try our best for our customers in UK Mainland to receive their order within the next working day, however, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case for every order and customers should allow 2 to 3 working days. For EU and non UK main land customers, orders normally arrive in 3 to 5 working days, but please allow 7 working days or more. No orders will be sent on Sunday and public holidays. NikaStore will not be responsible for any delay to custom checking. We send orders by Recorded Delivery, which will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery, a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to collect the parcel. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the Carrier in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. Return Policy If you wish to return or exchange your purchased item you may do so within 2 days after receipt of the purchased item. All returned goods must remain Unopened and In Its Original Condition and are issued with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). As a result of that no returned goods will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All returned goods must be received by Nika Store within 14 days of the RMA issued date and any returned good received over this period will be time-barred hence Nika Store will not be able to progress this. The shipping cost of the returned goods and the successful delivery of the returned goods to Nika Store is responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty or sent to you in error made by Nika Store. |
