Welcome to the Nika Store website Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact our Customer Service  by e-mail.

Registration

 

The Personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information by contacting our Customer Service .You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

 

Our rights

We reserve the right to:

· Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website and

· Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.

 

Out of Stock

In the most unlikely event that we are temporary out of stock on receiving your order we will email you within 24 hours informing you so, and give you the option to cancel your order and to be fully refunded. (Please note: All customers to leave their contact details on checkout in order for us to contact them.)

Method of  Payment

We accept all major credit or debit card payments via PayPal. (After paying for a product you will receive our confirmation order e-mail, to the e-mail address you have provided us on your order, this is to indicate you that we have received your order).

Credit Card Security

When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.

Communication 

We communicate with you either via emails or by post and all the information provided are confidential. In the event of any query and any change made in regards to your order please email us with all the relevant details and we will response your email and request as soon as possible. 

Freight Damage

All our parcels are sent via insured and track-able services, yet we reserve our rights to exclude and limit our liabilities for any goods that is damaged during transit. As a result of that the damaged product is non-refundable under the clause unless it can be proven that the good is damaged due to our negligence.

Delivery 

Please note: For customers of the United Kingdom, shipping details will be provided in every each product, if free UK Mainland shipping is offered, it will only be for UK Mainland only and excludes the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight & Scottish Highlands, and also excludes EU countries. For EU countries and non UK mainland a charge will apply as shown below:

• Northern Ireland, UK Islands/Highlands (3 to 5 days delivery) -------- £20
• Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg (3 to 5 days delivery) ------------- £20
• Germany, Republic of Ireland, France (3 to 5 days delivery) --------- £20
• Spain, (not inc Canary Islands), Italy (3 to 5 days delivery) --------- £25
• Austria, Denmark (3 to 5 days delivery) ---------------------------- £25
• Portugal, Sweden, Finland,Poland (3 to 5 days delivery) ------------- £30
• Norway, Switzerland (3 to 5 days delivery) (+ customs fee apply) --- £60
• Eastern Europe (7 to 14 day delivery) ------------------------------ £35 

We try our best for our customers in UK Mainland to receive their order within the next working day, however, we cannot guarantee that this will be the case for every order and customers should allow 2 to 3 working days. Our deliveries are made via third party suppliers and carriers and can therefore, be beyond our control.

For EU and non UK main land customers, orders normally arrive in 3 to 5 working days, but please allow 7 working days or more. No orders will be sent on Sunday and public holidays. NikaStore will not be responsible for any delay to custom checking.

We send orders by Recorded Delivery, which will require a signature on receipt. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery, a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to collect the parcel. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the Carrier in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. In the event that you select a business address for delivery we shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error.

Return Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your purchased item you may do so within 2 days after receipt of the purchased item. All returned goods must remain Unopened and In Its Original Condition and are issued with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). As a result of that no returned goods will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All returned goods must be received by Nika Store within 14 days of the RMA issued date and any returned good received over this period will be time-barred hence Nika Store  will not be able to progress this. The shipping cost of the returned goods and the successful delivery of the returned goods to Nika Store is responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty or sent to you in error made by Nika Store.
Nika Store will not accept any liability for returned goods that have gone lost or damaged during transit therefore Nika Store always recommends all customers to return the goods via insured and track-able service with your courier. Please note that a returned product must remain unopened and any discrepancies will result in a delay of the return process. In addition, all refund made will be subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee unless an error is made by Nika Store. If any goods are sent to you in error please inform us within 48 hours otherwise error can not be rectified and please allow 7-10 working days for the return process to be completed.
