Are there times during the year which you are closed for business?
 
 
Yes, we do close on all public holidays in UK. For long holidays, we will inform our customers through email and special delivery arrangement will be made. You can still send us orders and these will be processed on the first business day following the holiday in the order in which they were received.


How do I trace my order?


 
After you have successfully paid for an order, the status will change to “confirmed”. Please log into your account after few hours and you should find the relevant tracking information there and that page will also be your invoice so you can printed out if you want. Sometimes, as the courier may still updating their server, your tracking number may not be responding, please try after a couple of hours and it should work properly. Different courier provide different tracking information.



Where do you ship your packages to and how long it usually takes for my order to arrive?

Shipping:
We will ship our products in the EU and UK  (Please remember that free delivery it applies only in main land UK, this doesn't apply to EU Countries, For shipping to EU Countries and non UK main land a charge from £20 - 35 will apply, depending on the country)
 
Delivery:
For customers in main land UK, orders will usually arrive next working day if you ordered before 12am but please allow around 2 to 3 working days. For EU and non UK main land customers, orders will usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days, but please allow more. No orders will be sent on Sunday and public holidays. Nika Store will not be responsible for any delay due to customs checking.
 





Can I cancel a personalised order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel personalised orders once placed as the items are made especially for you. Personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

I've sent to many emails to you but I had no answer. What's going on?


 
Please make sure when you write to us, you include your exact email address in order for us to write back to you.  If you sent your inquiry during a public holiday or a weekend, please expect an answer by the following business day.




What do you do with my personal information when I register?

Any information registered with Nika Store will be kept confidential and in no circumstances we will provide to any third party.



 

What if the products don't work upon receipt or loss in transit?


 
Don’t worry. All packages from us are insured. If the courier has confirmed the package has been lost in transit, we will send another replacement package at no additional cost to our customers after we have re-confirmed the delivery address with you. Please beware that the replacement package will only be sent once, Nika Store will not be responsible for any further loss in transit.

Customers are recommended to check their product immediately after receiving the package. Please report to us for any problems within 24 hours after receiving the package, any problem reports made after 24 hours will be handled case by case.



 
 

Is my transaction secured?


 
Yes. When we ask you to enter sensitive financial information, all communicated will be encrypted with SSL technology.



What happen if I forget my password?

Click through to the Log in section of our website where you can access the  Forgotten password procedure. Once completed, a new password will be sent to your registered email address. Once you enter the password provided you will be given the option to change it to a more memorable one to use in the future.

Why has my order not been accepted?

There may be occasions on which we are unable to accept the order you have placed. This may be due to the following reasons:

1) The product you ordered is not in stock  
2) We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
3) You have not met the criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions

4) Due to updates that we are making in our web site with new products and features 



Shipping & Product Availability

The majority of our products will be shipped the same day, but there will be exceptions. Because of market fluctuations, products may not always be in stock or available. We will do our best to update the website as to current availability and estimated arrival dates. Some items may require a few extra days to get to our warehouse before they can be shipped to you. If that is the case, we appreciate your patience.


If I pay for a product that is out of stock but don't show up on your website, what will happen with my money?

We work very hard to prevent things like that happened, but If by any chance we fail to update our website and you pay for a product that shows in stock and which it could be out of stock, we will give you a full refund strait away and apologise for inconvenient. 

 

Which tractor will fit my child?

Answer:

Rolly give guide line measurements for the height of the child to fit each tractor type in the Rolly Range;
Rolly Minitracs -- ca. 68 - 104 cm
Rolly Trike -- ca 68 - 104 cm
Rolly Kid -- ca 92 - 128cm
Rolly Jumior -- ca 104 - 152cm
Rolly Farmtrac -- ca 104 - 152cm
Rolly digger -- ca 104 - 140cm
Rolly X Trac -- ca 110- 164cm

Which tractor is the largest ?

The products labled as "X Trac" are the largest pedal tractors in the range, NkaStore suggest that this would be suitable for children from 110cm - 150cm

Only one rear wheel turns with the pedals.

This is correct.

Only one wheel is driven by the pedal crank. Most toys of this kind are the same as they are all fixed wheel drive.

When a vehicle turns a corner one wheel has to travel further than the other, if the wheels were locked together the vehicle could only go in a straight line.

Motor Vehicles have a differential which allows some drive to both wheels this system would not work on a toy and would be very expensive and probably very hard to pedal.

Can the ware strips on the wheel be changed?

Yes! The ware strips should be changed before any damage is done to the more expensive wheels.

To fit, there are strips that need to be warmed up in hot water then stretch fitted over the wheels.

As they cool down they will shrink fit tightly to the wheel.

Can we get spare parts for Rolly products?

Yes. Most parts excluding the main blow moulded bodywork are available, even parts for some very old and much loved models.

If you still have your assembley instructions you can just quote the reference numbers.

If not dont worry you can try to identify the tractor from the pictures on our website and we will email the correct instructions to you.

How do I take the retaining caps off  to remove the wheel?

Using a punch or flat headed screwdriver that can be hit with a hammer, hit downwards on the outer edge of the rim adjacent to the retaining hook of the main cap, of which there are two.

Repeat this alternating from one to the other untill the caps pop off. 

These caps are a one time use item if you require new caps please  email us on sales@nikastore.com

What is the numbered adjustment on the pedal crank for?

This adjustment is purley for tensioning the chain and does not effect the childs leg length.

The numbers on the disc are present so that the two discs can be positioned in exactly the same position to prevent the chain jumping off.

Why do some tractors have gears ?

The gears are generally found on larger models and allows for a smaller child to pedal in a lower gear. The large wheels on the biggest tractors can be difficult to pedal for children that have not pedalled before so the lower gear helps them to get moving.

The gears are also useful where there is a gradient or rough ground to go over.

The gear system is very simple and requires no extra maintenance.
